The POLOS 300 MCD (Manual Chemical Dispense) and the 300 ACD (Automatic Chemical Dispense) Spin Processors are the cost effective solutions to a number of 300mm Wafer Spin Processing requirements. These Table-Top or recessed In-Bench mounted systems are available in either Natural Polypropylene or TFM grade Teflon®.
MCD models have a clear flat lid with a Ø3/4" center hole for easy dispensing of chemicals via pipette, spray bottle, etc. ACD models feature computer control of up to (7) Teflon® valves with Injectors plus a clear dome lid.
